Modon – Dammam Factories Project

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is implementing the industry’s ambitious plans and programs by providing the necessary support to establish an industrial base in the country and encouraging citizens to contribute to the major development process. In this context, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) decided to assign Jamal Jaroudi Co. to implement the project, which consists of:

• 30 Factories with an area of 225 m2
• 32 Support units with an area of 150 m2
• 24 Self-storage with an area of (48 m2, 96 m2, and 192 m2)

The scope of work includes structural, electrical, mechanical, and site works including roads, pedestrian paths, and infrastructure works.
